Please select the location you would like to visit for your appointment.
Bring a list of current medications and the names of any skin treatments you have previously used.
Wear clothing that is easily removed to allow access to the location of affected skin.
No shows or appointments cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance are subject to a fee in accordance with our financial policies.
Full Body Skin Exams are intended to screen a patient for skin cancer and are not meant to be appointments to deal with rashes or cosmetic concerns.
Before your appointment, log into the patient portal or download the APPatient app for Apple iOS or Google Android to fill out your contact information, medical history, and preferred pharmacy.
An on-time arrival is 10 minutes before your appointment time for existing patients, and 20 minutes before for new patients. We make every effort as an office to run on time with our visits - your time is valuable.
Visits are limited to 2 problems or concerns per appointment.
