An Inside Look at the Skincare Treatment Making Headlines: DiamondGlow
I have tried a number of facials over the years, but I jumped at the chance to try our newest facial, DiamondGlow. You may have heard celebrities raving about it on social, or countless influencers posting about their results; but I wanted to see what the hype was about.
And let me just say this... the hype is real!

The DiamondGlow facial uses a diamond-encrusted tip, paired with medical grade serums to target specific skin concerns. It is fully customizable, which is why it is so unique.
Diamonds really are a girl’s best friend.
Customize Your Facial
You can choose from range from a range of SkinMedica serums like Vitamin C serum to hydrate and infuse the skin with antioxidants, a brightening serum used to target hyperpigmentation and brighten your skin overall, a TNS serum used for anti-aging, or a hyaluronic serum for moisture.
What to Expect During a DiamondGlow Facial
If you choose to do your DiamondGlow facial here at Northeast Dermatology, you will first meet with Julie, our aesthetician who will explain the procedure to you.
Next she will cleanse your face to get rid of any dirt or makeup. During your facial, you can expect to feel a gentle suctioning sensation as the diamond tip moves across your skin. The suction sensation is not painful at all. I have sensitive skin, and I thought it was actually very relaxing!
In the final step, Julie works in the serums you choose. I chose the TNS and hyaluronic serum.
This is where the glow really starts to happen. (And don’t forget to look at all of the “gunk” that was sucked out of your skin! It is so satisfying.)
Results From a DiamondGlow Facial
The best part of the treatment… zero downtime! I was able to do it during the work day with no reservations.
Immediately after my treatment, I was amazed at how good my skin looked. It was so soft and had a beautiful glow to it. I felt like the products and makeup I applied later that evening went on so much more smoothly and evenly. These results lasted too!
Overall, I would highly recommend this facial to anyone. No matter your skin type or skin care goals, this facial is a game changer.
