Dermaplaning is a non-invasive painless procedure which gently exfoliates dead skin cells and removes fine peach fuzz from the face that may retain oil and dirt. After the procedure, your skin will feel and look smoother and more radiant and makeup will go on more smoothly. There is no downtime and results are immediate. The procedure may be performed alone or often added to a chemical peel.

Dermaplaning is performed by our medically trained aesthetician during which she uses a sharp blade to painlessly and meticulously scrape away dead skin cells and fine hairs. After the procedure, you may have mildly pink skin for an hour. While results are immediate, optimal results are obtained with maintenance treatments every 4-6 weeks along with appropriate skin care products used as an at-home regimen.
Hair will not grow back thicker or more quickly after this procedure and dermaplaning is safe during pregnancy.
Dermaplaning may be added on to services such as microneedling, microdermabrasion or chemical peels.
