Free consultations are offered to all patients who may be interested in starting their aesthetics journey, or who might just have a few questions about the best ways to take care of their unique skin.
What does a consultation at Northeast Dermatology consist of?
Your Reason for Booking an Aesthetics Consultation
We begin all consultations by discussing a patient’s “reason for visiting.”
Some patients are interested in starting a skincare regimen for the first time, or getting medical advice about whether a current regimen is the right choice for them. Other patients come with specific or general questions about things like collagen-boosting treatments, injectables and neurotoxins, or laser treatment options.
Treatment and Pricing Discussion
Depending on the reason for a patient’s visit, options for treatments and pricing will be discussed next, so that patients can feel confident about planning to meet their specific goals.
Scheduling and Aftercare
Depending on the services a patient is interested in, same day treatment may be an option for some patients. If this is the case, we will take before photos to compare, and we’ll explain the procedure in great detail and review consent forms.
Before we begin any procedure, we’ll make sure patients understand exactly what to expect and what kinds of aftercare might be required at home. Additionally, we’ll schedule follow-up appointments as needed before the patient leaves our office.
